Blast Past Clogs with Hydrojet Sewer and Drain Cleaning

Sewer line problems are an unfortunate aspect of owning any building. It’s almost inevitable that at some point in a building’s life, a sewer line will become clogged. That’s because over years of use, grime and bits of solid waste start to accumulate on the interior walls of the sewer pipe, narrowing the passage and making it more difficult for anything to flow through. When this problem becomes bad enough, it can cause a complete blockage, resulting in sinks that won’t drain and overflowing toilets or urinals.

One of these techniques is hydrojet sewer and drain cleaning. A hydrojet, also known as a sewer jet, or water jet, is a piece of specialized equipment that blasts water at extremely high pressures directly into clogs and onto the sides of pipes. Hydrojet sewer and drain cleaning works by using special nozzles attached to high pressure hoses that are inserted into the pipe. The hose is hooked to a pump that sends water at pressures up to 4,000 PSI to blast through clogs.
